F. Support
Support and automatic product updates are provided for a term of one (1) year from the time of purchase. After one (1) year, a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product updates. Updates are released typically to fix bugs, compatibility, or feature additions and will only be available to customers with an active license. We do not have an obligation to update the plugin within a time frame.
Support does not cover help with theme or plugin customization beyond what is advertised features. Support does not cover help on sites that are heavily customized or in situations where the core plugin files have been modified. Support does not provide training and the documentation, tutorials, and guides are presented as is.
We will try to reply to support questions promptly but do not guarantee a time frame to respond to questions.
License holders cannot distribute, freely giveaway, or resell their license key. The license is intended to be used on the license holders web site(s). Only the license holder is permitted to request support.
License holders are not permitted to re-post support forum content or documentation on any external websites or social media outlets. Violation will be grounds for immediate termination of the support license and all access to support content or product updates will be discontinued.
