The Coupon Creator Pro is not designed for Multisite. However, it will work if you activate individually on each site. Beyond that, there are no features to share coupons between sites or a network admin for Coupon Creator Options. Although only one license is needed for Multisite, we ask that you buy a license that is close to the amount of sites you will be using it on in your Multisite.
